Photograph, Video, Audio Recording, and Biometric Data Processing Explicit Consent Statement
I hereby give my explicit consent, within the scope of my personal rights, to the recording, storage, copying, processing, publication, and sharing of any and all photographs, videos, and audio recordings taken of me within the scope of the event.
I acknowledge and agree that these images may be used, processed, reproduced, disseminated, and transferred to third parties, without any limitation as to duration or scope, by OLGARLAR SPOR MALZEMELERİ TURİZM İLAN REKLAM AJANSLIĞI YAYINCILIK VE TİC. A.Ş., as well as its directly or indirectly affiliated or potentially affiliated group companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, business partners, third parties from whom services are received, agencies, suppliers, representatives, and authorized persons and organizations; within the scope of all commercial and corporate activities, primarily including but not limited to promotion, marketing, advertising, sponsorship, public relations, and communication activities, both domestically and abroad, across all physical and digital media platforms (including but not limited to social media platforms such as Instagram, X, YouTube, and TikTok, websites, audiovisual media channels, printed publications, etc.). I further agree and declare that I will not claim any intellectual property (copyright, etc.) rights or any fees or other entitlements in return for the use of such content (acknowledging that the copyright and related rights belong to the relevant company and/or its affiliates, business partners, third-party service providers, etc.), and that such use shall be valid for an unlimited period of time and without any geographical limitation.
Following this event, the Photier facial recognition application will be used for photographs.
Participants will be able to access their own photographs by providing their biometric data processing consent via the application interface.
